I made a donation by mistake. Can I get a refund? +
Yes. If you notify us within 7 days of the donation, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. Email meercare@live.com with the transaction ID and we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.
I changed my mind about a donation after 7 days. Can I still get a refund? +
Refund requests received after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where the donation has already been allocated to a specific programme expenditure, we may not be able to refund — but we will explain the situation transparently and, where possible, offer an alternative such as redirecting the donation to a different programme.
What is the refund window for the EduSuTo CCS course? +
The EduSuTo Climate Change: Carbon Capture & Storage course has a 7-day full-refund window from the date of enrolment. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable — but you may defer to a future cohort once at no additional cost.
How long do refunds take to reach my account? +
We initiate refunds within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method and bank, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect in your account. Original payment method refunds are typically faster than NEFT/IMPS transfers.
How will I know my refund has been processed? +
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated, including the refund reference number and the expected credit date. If you do not receive the refund within 14 business days of the confirmation, please contact us with the reference number.
Can I cancel a recurring donation? +
Yes. You can cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing meercare@live.com. The cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Donations already debited before the cancellation request are processed under the standard donation refund policy.
